The best resource for your questions is the Reed Organ Mailing List. The people there are very knowledgable, and many have had restoration experience and can help you with those types of questions. There are several reed organ books that can also be of assistance as they are an excellent source of information. If you're looking for information on a particular company that constructed your reed organ I strongly suggest consulting Gellerman's Reed Organ Atlas. The "Aunt Maud" series of articles gives an excellent overview on reed organ repair. There is also a Frequently Asked Questions list available. I can handle general questions about my reed organs and musical performances, but if you ask me for help with fixing, pricing, repairing, history of your reed organ, etc., I'm going to refer you to the list anyways -- I'm no expert in the areas of repair and restoration!
